Staging
Soft Staging .

Price TBD after the walk-through.

Soft staging is similar to traditional home staging but it does not include furniture. When soft staging your home, we bring in artwork and accessories to make it feel warmer and more inviting. There are many benefits to soft staging your home, such as helping your listing stand out from the competition.

The costs of staging are subtracted from the proceeds of the sale of the home and decrease the total realized profit. Staging costs are a legitimate selling expense for both primary and secondary homes and IRS's position is that tax Staging costs are deductible (IRS Publication 523), whereas a price reduction or lower starting price is just a loss of equity. 


Full Staging.
  • Consultation Fee- $200.00 
  • Rearranging and de-cluttering -$800.00
  • Service Fees -$800 to $1,000 per project.
  • Staging Fee - $400 to $700 per room for the first month, which averages $2,000 for initial setup.
  • Furniture Rental - $500 to $600 per room per month, which averages $2,000 a month for rental after initial setup.
